How
BODY Statement Got Started
I've received many letters and e-mails from family, friends and clients
on how I helped to motivate them to get in better shape or live a
healthier lifestyle. It is so rewarding to receive messages from people
saying they have been inspired to reach their goals- whether it is
to finish their Masters Degree or get in better physical shape! Well,
all of you have inspired me to continue with the philosophy of Body
Statement. Body Statement and I are committed to helping you reach
your fat-burning, body shaping, and health and nutritional goals through
educational seminars, private and group instruction, and fun fitness
events. Body Statement is a group of fitness professionals who are
committed to keeping our training and nutritional services affordable,
practical, and inspirational.
Mission Statement
BODY Statement is committed to enhance the health and quality of life
in our community through the promotion of an active lifestyle. We
promote fitness and health through educational seminars, private and
group instruction on training and nutrition, corporate programs and
fun competitive fitness events for all ages and skill levels.
Vision Statement
Every
person in our community will know the BODY Statement approach to healthy
living (mind, body and spirit) and will become active, healthy, fit,
and enlightened individuals pursuing a higher quality of life for
themselves, regardless of their fitness level, age or current health
level.
Philosophy
BODY Statement promotes a greater quality of life through fitness
and more active lifestyles. We believe one must be healthy in mind,
body and spirit in order to attain overall health and well being.
A) MIND
- BODY Statement hosts educational seminars, workshops, and group
sessions on training, nutrition, goal setting and confidence building
throughout our community.
B) BODY
BODY Statement helps individuals improve their physical health through
private and group instruction on training and nutrition, corporate
programs and exercise classes. We help individuals reach their personal
health and fitness goals by teaching them how to eat and exercise
more efficiently. We also help promote and sponsor body transformation
challenges and fun fitness events for all ages and skill levels.
C) SOUL & SPIRIT
- The founder of BODY Statement, Tiffany Yee, believes it is important
to develop fully and harmoniously in each of the key areas: physical,
mental, social, and spiritual. God wants us to have healthy thoughts
and motives, not just healthy food and exercise! Our physical bodies
are susceptible to disease and injury, but faith can sustain us through
these tragedies. To be spiritually "fit," we must develop
our faith by using our God-given abilities. (1 Timothy 4:14-16) Are
