BODY Statement Team Philosophy
Not only do we teach competitors how to eat and exercise more efficiently,
we help them reach their personal competition goals as well. This
is achieved through motivation, nutrition, training, group classes
and proper guidance through all competition preparation. We help give
these fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to attain greater levels
of fitness through team workouts, group seminars and individualized
nutrition and exercise programs. We also offer competitive fitness
events for all ages and skill levels including body transformation
challenges and strength and physique competitions.
About
Tiffany Yee- BODY Statement Team Coach
Tiffany has not only competed at the regional and national levels
- she qualified to compete at the international level with top competitors
from all over the world including Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Finland,
Australia, Poland, Lithuania, Mexico, Philippines and the Ukraine.
She was honored to represent the United States in the 2004 Ms. Fitness
World Competition (televised on Fox Net Sports starting May 2004).
This past year, she put her own competition goals aside in order to
full-time coach and train her BODY Statement Elite Fitness Team. Her
competition goal for next year is to win the title of Ms. Fitness
USA or Ms. Fitness World!
Tiffany has been incredibly busy coaching the BODY Statement Elite
Competitive Team and preparing them for various fitness, figure and

not only does nutrition and supplementation for the entire BODY Statement

Being on the BODY Statement Team:
Many of you ask how to become part of this winning team!
The team concept came about because Tiffany disliked the fact that
the sport of fitness and bodybuilding is such an individual sport.
I competed alone at my first show. I didn't know anyone backstage
or in the show and was intimidated by the veteran competitors. I
had a wonderful experience but it would have been much more enjoyable
and rewarding if I had friends whom experienced it with me. Having
teammates to root you on and support from friends and teammates
makes competing and working out much more enjoyable and fun for
all of us!
