I will incorporate the following techniques to guarantee results:
Custom Weight Training Program - This fundamental is the core
base to build your fitness program. Specific resistance exercises
will be incorporated into your program to build and shape the physique
you have always dreamed about. You will be educated on training principals
and obtain the knowledge to become an "expert". This is
an important step in increasing the metabolism, as working the muscle
tissue will increase the fat burning process allowing you to consume
more calories. Your muscles burn calories as you rest!
Custom Tailored Nutrition Program - I will custom tailor a
nutrition program to accommodate your specific nutritional needs.
We set nutrient parameters per meal and you will know what to eat
at each meal taking out the guesswork. This important step is 80%
of your results and also the most overlooked. Feedback will be obtained
by a 9 point skinfold bodyfat test done once a week. This foolproof
method is used to record what happens inside your body and give me
the necessary info needed to adjust your program, setting you up for
success.
High Intensity Cardiovascular Training - High intensity cardio
techniques will be incorporated to increase cardio health and keep
the heart rate elevated to ensure maximal fat burning. You will be
instructed how to use your target heart rate to get the most out of
your program.
All techniques will be incorporated in your program to give you the
most advanced and results based training program you will ever find.
